Is it safe to order online?

Any personal information given to PerLite will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Our website server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and advanced encryption techniques during the ordering process.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Accepted Answer

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed (this includes changing the size/colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods) but don’t worry you can return anything you buy easily. Once we have received the items back, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for you.

How long will it take to receive my products?

We will ship your product within 2 business working days after your payment has been verified. You will receive an email confirmation along with Tracking Number as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse. However please allow up to 14 working days to consider the local postal services.

I have received a faulty item or incorrect item, what do I do?"

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If you have received an incorrect item, let us know straight away by contacting us at perlitetechnology@gmail.com . We will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
 
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at perlitetechnology@gmail.com immediately. Please note we will inspect all returns for faults. If an item is found not to be faulty, delivery cost will not be refunded. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

The customers’ information is used to determine the trend and the customer’s particular interest in order for the recommend system to works.
To collect the sufficient information needed, Perlite tracks and records the customers’ information mainly through their registration on our website. Besides, other from registration, we also gather information whenever a customer reach for our helpline with link to their account. Lastly, we also sorts information through mobile apps as we will access the latitude and longitude of the user’s current location and recommends which product will be the best for them based on geographical condition.
